Mobility + Longevity

Mobility + Longevity coaching is designed for individuals of all ages who are interested in improving their overall health with the focus on mobility, flexibility and functional fitness. Each plan is customized to meet and exceed client goals.

This method of coaching can be effective for overall health improvement, increasing mobility, reducing chronic pain body inflammation and/or increasing longevity.

Other valuable areas of focus can include nutrition, hydration, sleep and stress.

A typical Mobility + Longevity plan includes:

  • Introduction Call with Health Overview (30 minutes)

  • 1-2 Mobility Sessions/Week

  • Access to the KF Online Community Forum

  • Access to KF Health Tracker (Monitoring goals, habits and progress - Optional)

  • Coaching / Accountability Calls (30-60 minutes/month - Optional)
