Race Prep + Training

Race Prep +Training is designed for individuals who are interested in receiving coaching guidance, planning and accountability in order to effectively train and complete a race while also enjoying the process!

Our commitment is to create a personalized plan that is realistic, incorporates strength and endurance training, avoids injury with warm-up and recovery exercise recommendations, and prepares each individual to achieve a new PR, if desired.

A typical Race Prep + Training plan includes:

  • Introduction Call with Weekly Fitness Plan (30 minutes)

  • Race Training Plan (8 or 12 weeks)

  • Warm-up / Recovery Recommendations

  • Weekly Accountability Check-Ins

  • Access to the KF Online Community Forum

  • Coaching / Accountability Calls (30-60 minutes/month - Optional)
