Sports Performance

Sports Performance training is designed for individuals who are interested in improving their athletic performance for a specific sport they are playing. Each plan is customized to meet and exceed personal goals.

Our commitment is to create a training plan that incorporates strength, SAQ, balance and endurance work, avoids injury with warm-up and recovery exercises, and prepares each individual to achieve improved and optimal performance in their desired sport(s).

This method of coaching can be effective for a teenage athlete in high school, a collegiate athlete or a professional athlete. Examples of sports that we can provide effective performance coaching for include basketball, track & field, cross country, soccer and football.

A typical Sports Performance plan includes:

  • Introduction Call (30 minutes)

  • 1-3 Training Sessions/Week (30 minutes - 1 hour)

  • Weekly Fitness Plan

  • Access to the KF Online Community Forum

  • Nutrition & Hydration Guidance (Optional)

  • Coaching / Accountability Calls (30-60 minutes/month - Optional)
